How can I get my prescriptions transferred?

Use the link on the website to leave your information or just give us a call and we can contact your previous pharmacy to transfer your file. We also do a full medication review upon transfer to make sure all your medications are in order.

HOW DO YOU WORK WITH THE FAMILY DOCTORS IN OTHER BUILDING?

We work closely with physicians in the area by using direct messaging functions that reach the doctor a lot quicker. We are also pre-emptive at making sure all your chronic medications are in order, reducing wait times to address issues.

How do you synchronize all my refills?

We review your entire profile and create a timeline of when all your medication will run out. We then give you enough supply of each medication so they all end on the same day. After this, then next fill will be a full supply of your medications. There is no added charge for this service.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Parking is validated when you drop off a prescription.

Your pharmacy is not close to my house and I have trouble getting to it.

We understand that your doctor may be in the vicinity and a pharmacy nearby and you may think our pharmacy is inaccessible. This is why we offer free delivery so you don't have to worry about it.

How do you work with the family doctors in the building?

When you come on as a patient, we become your one stop shop for all your healthcare needs. We discuss patient needs regularly with the doctors in the building to make sure that your needs are met. This can eliminate a lot of wait time frustrations that you may experience with other pharmacies.
